Obsidian Hammam Marble Basin

Bring the atmosphere of a traditional Turkish hammam into a refined contemporary interior with the Obsidian Hammam Marble Basin. Handcrafted from natural black marble, this sculptural stone basin combines the depth and character of dark marble with a distinctive fluted exterior.

Its rounded form, substantial rim and naturally occurring light veining create a dramatic yet timeless presence. The vertical carved detailing adds architectural texture, while the smooth inner basin keeps the overall design elegant and understated.

Designed for interiors that value natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship, this marble basin works beautifully in luxury bathrooms, private hammams, spa environments, boutique hotels and wellness-inspired spaces. Its dark stone character pairs particularly well with travertine, light marble, warm wood and aged brass.

A Contemporary Interpretation of Hammam Tradition

Inspired by the enduring forms of Turkish bathing culture, the basin transforms a traditional stone element into a distinctive architectural feature for modern interiors. Rather than relying on decorative ornament, its beauty comes from the natural stone, carefully shaped profile and hand-finished surface.

Natural Marble, Naturally Unique

Every piece is made from genuine natural marble. The dark background may contain variations in tone, mineral markings and naturally formed white or lighter veining. These characteristics are part of the stone itself and ensure that no two basins are visually identical.
