Sales Agreement
This Sales Agreement applies to purchases made through the DYM Living website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information, pricing, delivery information and applicable terms and agree to the conditions of this Agreement.

2. Scope of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the sale and purchase of products offered through the DYM Living website.
Product descriptions, specifications, quantity, price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and other order information displayed during checkout form part of the purchase transaction.
3. Product Information
DYM Living makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours and other product information are accurate.
Products made from natural materials such as marble, stone, wood, wool and other handcrafted materials may contain variations in colour, texture, grain, veining, pattern or appearance. Such variations may be natural characteristics of the material and may not constitute a defect.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability unless expressly stated otherwise.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, DYM Living will contact the customer and, where applicable, provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement, revised delivery arrangement or refund.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the DYM Living website in the applicable currency. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination country and applicable delivery terms.
The total amount payable will be presented to the customer before the order is completed.
6. Order Placement
The customer is responsible for reviewing all order information before completing the purchase, including the product, quantity, size, variation, shipping address, billing information, shipping charges and total order amount.
DYM Living may send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
DYM Living may use third-party payment service providers to securely process payments. DYM Living does not normally have access to complete payment card information processed by third-party payment providers.
8. Delivery
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Destination country
- Shipping method
- Customs procedures
- Carrier operations
- Seasonal conditions
- Other circumstances outside DYM Living's reasonable control

9. International Orders
Customers purchasing from outside Türkiye are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by local authorities may apply. These charges may vary between countries and are outside DYM Living's control unless expressly included in the order price or shipping arrangement.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Where an order has not yet entered production, preparation or shipment, DYM Living will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation request.
11. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal and return rights depending on their country of residence and the nature of the product.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
12. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the ordered product, please contact DYM Living as soon as possible.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other relevant information so that the issue can be assessed.
13. Natural and Handmade Materials
DYM Living offers products made from natural and handcrafted materials. Minor variations in colour, pattern, texture, veining, grain, shape or surface characteristics may occur.
Such variations may be inherent characteristics of the material or manufacturing process and, where disclosed in the product description, should not automatically be considered defects.
14. Warranty and Product Defects
Where a product is subject to a manufacturer's warranty or statutory guarantee, the applicable warranty terms will apply.
Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
15. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and delivery information.
- Ensuring that the delivery address is accessible.
- Reviewing product specifications before purchase.
- Following product care and installation instructions where applicable.
- Paying any applicable charges that are legally the customer's responsibility.
16. Events Beyond Our Control
DYM Living shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government actions or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
17. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies to a customer, those mandatory rights remain unaffected by this Agreement.
18. Changes to the Agreement
DYM Living may update this Agreement when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order will generally be the version presented to the customer at the time the order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
