Pre-Order Agreement

This Pre-Order Agreement applies to products offered by DYM Living as available for pre-order. A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment and is expected to become available at a later date.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows a customer to reserve or purchase a product before it becomes available for normal shipment.

Pre-order products may include:

  • Products currently in production
  • Products awaiting production
  • New collection items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Products awaiting restocking
  • Products with a future availability date

2. Estimated Availability

Any production, availability or dispatch date displayed for a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Estimated dates may change due to production schedules, material availability, supplier delays, quality control, shipping conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances outside DYM Living's reasonable control.

3. Pre-Order Payment

The payment terms applicable to a pre-order will be displayed during checkout.

Where full payment is required at the time of the pre-order, the applicable amount will be charged according to the payment method selected by the customer.

Where a deposit or partial payment arrangement is expressly offered, the applicable payment schedule will be shown before the order is completed.

4. Pre-Order Confirmation

After a pre-order is submitted, DYM Living may send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

The confirmation may include:

  • Product name
  • Product quantity
  • Price
  • Payment status
  • Estimated availability
  • Delivery information
  • Order reference number

5. Changes to Estimated Dates

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change. DYM Living will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of material changes affecting their orders.

6. Cancellation of a Pre-Order

Customers who wish to cancel a pre-order should contact DYM Living as soon as possible.

Cancellation rights may depend on the stage of production, whether the product is customized, whether the product has entered preparation or shipment, the applicable return and withdrawal rules and the laws applicable to the customer.

Where cancellation is legally required or expressly permitted under the applicable terms, DYM Living will process the cancellation and any applicable refund.

7. Made-to-Order and Customized Products

Some pre-order products may be manufactured or prepared specifically for the customer.

Customized products may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions where permitted by applicable law. Any important limitation concerning cancellation or returns will be communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

8. Product Variations

Products made from natural or handcrafted materials may contain variations in colour, pattern, texture, veining, grain, shape and surface appearance.

Such variations may be inherent characteristics of the material or manufacturing process.

9. Delivery

Pre-order products will normally be shipped after they become available for dispatch.

The estimated delivery period may depend on the destination country and shipping method selected.

10. Pre-Orders Combined With In-Stock Products

If a customer purchases both a pre-order product and an immediately available product in the same order, DYM Living may ship the products together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

If separate shipment is available or required, additional shipping charges may apply where disclosed before purchase.

11. Product Price

The price displayed at the time the pre-order is completed will generally apply to that order unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties or import fees will be handled according to the terms displayed at checkout and applicable law.

12. Product Availability

DYM Living may discontinue or modify a pre-order product before fulfillment where reasonably necessary.

If DYM Living cannot fulfill a confirmed pre-order, the customer will be informed and, where applicable, receive a refund of amounts paid for the affected product.

13. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact and delivery information remains accurate.

DYM Living may use the customer's contact information to provide updates concerning the pre-order.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Pre-Order Agreement is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, warranty or other consumer rights applicable to the customer remain unaffected.

15. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
