Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all products purchased through the DYM Living website. By placing an order with DYM Living, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Seller Information
Products displayed on this website are offered for sale by DYM Living. DYM Living operates from Türkiye and offers selected home and lifestyle products to customers in Türkiye and internationally.
2. Products and Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and availability information are accurate.
Product availability may change without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide information about the available options.
Products made from natural materials such as marble, natural stone, wood, wool, cotton and other natural fibers may contain variations in color, texture, pattern, grain or veining. Such variations are natural characteristics of the material and should not automatically be considered defects.
3. Product Prices
All product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, the product price does not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
4. Placing an Order
When you complete the checkout process and place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the products listed in your order.
After your order is received, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. The confirmation includes your order number and order details.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully authorized or received and the order has been confirmed by DYM Living.
5. Order Acceptance
DYM Living reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect product information, pricing errors, product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's country and order details.
For card payments, the order will normally be processed after the payment has been successfully authorized.
For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed after the payment has been received and verified.
When making a bank transfer, customers should include their order number in the payment reference whenever requested.
7. Bank Transfer Payment Period
If you select bank transfer as your payment method, payment must be completed within 2 (two) business days unless a different period is stated during checkout.
If payment is not received within the applicable period, DYM Living may cancel the order and release the products for sale.
8. Shipping and Delivery
DYM Living ships orders to selected domestic and international destinations. Shipping availability, costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product type, package size, weight and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery estimates do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
For certain products or destinations, additional shipping charges may apply because of product dimensions, weight, special handling requirements or remote delivery locations.
Where an additional shipping charge is required, we will contact the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
10. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs charges are determined by the authorities of the destination country. DYM Living does not control the amount of customs duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by those authorities.
Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required for customs clearance and delivery.
11. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order.
DYM Living cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.
12. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
If a package appears visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package with photographs before opening it and contact DYM Living as soon as possible.
If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please provide your order number, photographs and a description of the issue so that we can review the matter and determine the appropriate solution.
13. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
Customers should review the Return Policy before placing an order, particularly for customized, personalized, made-to-order or otherwise non-returnable products.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing times.
14. Cancellation of Orders
An order may be cancelled before shipment where cancellation is permitted under our applicable policies and the order has not already entered a stage where cancellation is no longer possible.
Once an order has been prepared, dispatched or otherwise processed, cancellation may no longer be available and the applicable return procedure may apply instead.

Promotional offers, discounts and special prices may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods, product exclusions or quantity limitations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
