Hand-Carved Afyon Marble Kurna
Inspired by the timeless bathing traditions of the Turkish hammam, this handcrafted marble kurna brings the character of traditional Anatolian stone craftsmanship into contemporary interiors. Sculpted from natural Afyon marble, it combines an authentic architectural form with the refined simplicity of natural stone.
Traditionally associated with Turkish bath culture, a kurna is a distinctive stone basin designed to become part of the bathing experience. Its generous sculpted form, textured exterior and smooth interior create a striking focal point for bathrooms, hammams and private spa environments.
Crafted from Natural Afyon Marble
Each piece is shaped from genuine natural marble and finished by skilled stone artisans. The exterior features sculpted vertical detailing, while the interior is finished smoother for a refined contrast between texture and function. Natural mineral movement, veining and tonal variations give every kurna its own character.
Because marble is a natural material, no two pieces are identical. Subtle differences in color, veining, movement and surface character should be expected and are part of the individuality of the stone.
A Distinctive Statement for Bathroom & Spa Interiors
Designed for spaces where craftsmanship and natural materials take center stage, this marble kurna works beautifully in traditional hammam-inspired interiors as well as modern luxury bathrooms. It can also be considered for boutique hotels, private spas, wellness spaces and carefully designed hospitality projects.
