Handcrafted Marble Kurna Sink
Bring the timeless character of the Turkish hammam into your bathroom with this handcrafted marble kurna sink. Traditionally inspired and sculpted from natural marble, this distinctive basin combines centuries-old bathing culture with a refined architectural aesthetic.
The kurna is one of the defining elements of a traditional Turkish bath. Its generous rounded form and sculptural presence create more than a functional basin — they introduce a sense of ritual, craftsmanship and natural beauty into the space.
Each basin is individually shaped from natural marble, allowing the stone's own mineral character, subtle tonal variations and surface details to remain part of the finished piece. No two pieces are exactly alike, making every DYM Living marble kurna a truly individual addition to the interior.
Inspired by the Turkish Hammam
With its traditional silhouette and substantial natural-stone presence, this marble kurna works beautifully in spaces inspired by Turkish, Mediterranean, Ottoman and contemporary spa interiors.
It can become a distinctive focal point in a private bathroom, luxury residence, boutique hotel, hammam, wellness space or spa project. Its sculptural character also makes it particularly suitable for interior designers and architectural projects looking for authentic natural materials.
Natural Marble, Handcrafted Character
The beauty of this sink comes from the marble itself. Natural stone may display variations in color, veining, mineral markings, pores and texture. These characteristics are part of the material's natural identity and give each basin its own visual character.
The exterior and interior are carefully finished to create a refined balance between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary bathroom design.
A Statement Piece for Luxury Bathrooms
Pair the kurna with natural stone surfaces, brushed or aged metal fixtures, warm wood, handmade tiles and soft textiles to create a calm, spa-inspired atmosphere. Its traditional form can also provide a striking contrast within minimalist contemporary interiors.
